- Make sure to stir the metal coating well before and periodically during application. The metal in the mixture, being heavy, will sink to the bottom.
- We recommend 2-3 additional coats after the initial overall coat. Metal Coating can be applied using a brush, sponge or a sprayer designed for use with materials with large particulate matter (such as a “Dump Gun” which attaches to a compressor and is gravity fed.) We used a stippling motion with a wet brush to achieve some texture.
