Product Description - REPAIRITQUIK® is a hand-mixable, fast curing, epoxy putty that mixes in just one minute to provide fast repairs to many surfaces including metals, wood glass, concrete, ceramics, and numerous plastic. One hour after mixing, REPAIRITQUIK® can be drilled, sawed, sanded, filed, tapped, machined or painted. It comes in a handy four-ounce "tootsie-roll" form with the curing agent encapsulated in the contrasting eliminates drips and runs, providing "no mess" applications with no tools required for use. REPAIRITQUIK® is a general purpose epoxy putty.

Basic Uses - After proper mixing REPAIRITQUIK® can be used in 1,001 household and industrial purposes including repair and replacement of wall tile, cove moldings; electrical use in place of tape, ceramic or plastic connectors, knobs, auto repairs such as bonding of trim, repairing small dents, oil pans, small parts, filling rust holes and thread locking. It seals leaks in gutters and downspouts; mends toys, appliances, lawn mowers, sports equipment, etc.; repairs air conditioning coils, ducts; patches chipped concrete, floors, bricks, blocks; attaches fixtures, machine tags, signs; anchor bolts, screws, rods, machines, housings, etc.

Packaging - REPAIRITQUIK® is packed in a reusable clear plastic tube with a plastic friction top.

Application Standards - Certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF INTERNATIONAL) for use in contact with potable water under Standard 61 – Drinking Water System Components – Health Effects. Authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

Surface Preparation - In order to achieve optimum adhesion, surfaces should be clean and free of grease and dirt. Scuffing or sanding the surface prior to cleaning helps ensure a good bond.
Mixing - Twist or cut off required amount. To mix, knead with fingers to a uniform color. If mixing is difficult, warm REPAIRITQUIK® to a room temperature of slightly above. Apply to the surface to be repaired (within two minutes of mixing). Force into any cracks or holes to be filled and strike off excess material, preferably with a tool wetted with clean water. When applying to a damp, wet, or slowly leaking area, work he material forcefully into the surface and apply pressure until adhesion begins to take effect.
For a smooth appearance of the cured compound, hand rub with water or a damp cloth prior to hardening. Remove excess material before hardening begins. After 15-20 minutes the epoxy will begin to form a tenacious bond. After just 60 minutes REPAIRITQUIK® can be drilled, sawed, carved, sanded, stained, or painted.

Health Precautions - When mixing by hand, REPAIRITQUIK® does not cause skin irritation to individuals with normal skin sensitivity. Individuals with extra sensitive skin should maintain caution and wash hands thoroughly after mixing the compound, or wear thin plastic gloves. REPAIRITQUIK® has been classified non-toxic and non-skin irritating when tested versus the requirements of the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act.

1. May cause irritation to sensitive skin. Wash hands with soap and water after use.
2. Eye irritant. In case of eye contact, flush with water. Contact physician.
3. May be harmful if swallowed.
4. Keep out of reach of children.
5. Not intended for use in structural applications.
6. When sanding cured putty or substrate, use protective eye wear and dust mask.
