Body Casting Bonanza! |
Join The Compleat Sculptor for
a day of body casting!

- The class will begin with Hands-On Hands. Participants will mold and cast their very own hands in alginate and will then cast into the molds they made using plaster and/or quick set resins.

PLEASE NOTE: This process is usually messy so dress accordingly! |
- While the casts set up, participant will be treated to Face or Torso Molding Demonstrations using body safe silicone on a live model. Casting into these intricate molds will be next on the agenda followed by de-molding participants’ hand casts.
- The finale of the class will include a short discussion and demonstration of various finishing techniques for your body castings.

- This class will start at 11am and end at 5pm with an hour lunch break (on your own). The class fee will include materials and participants will leave with casts of their own.
