duoMatrix –C is new polymer additive that enhances the physical and performance properties of cementitious materials such as portland cements and mortars. duo-Matrix-C (Matrix-C for short) eliminates the need for the usual 7 day post cure. It drastically reduces water and salt absorption and fills in microcracks to minimize crack propagation. Other performance characteristics include greatly enhanced freeze/thaw, ultra-violet, and chemical resistance. Higher flexural strength reduces brittleness. Matrix-G is available to enhance the performance of alpha-gypsums. Matrix-C is easy to use and can be introduced to any aggregate mix. It is usually cast solid or mixed with chopped fiber and sprayed. Matrix-C can be pigmented and improves color uniformity. Matrix–C will improve processing of GFRC, making architectural elements and concrete castings (ornamental, etc.) more durable.

duoMatrix –G is a new polymer additive system that greatly enhances the physical properties of alpha gypsum products duoMatrix -G (Matrix-G for short) reduces the demold and drying time of gypsum and drastically reduces water permeability making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications (for exterior use, product must be sealed – see "post finishing" section). Matrix-G has less odor and yields elements that are a brighter white than competing products.
Note: duoMatrix –C is also available as a one component additive for concrete/GFRC applications.

Concrete decorative items made for homes, upscale department stores, hotels, etc. duoMatrix-C added to the concrete mix reduces cure time, thereby increasing production rates.  Elements are stronger (breakage in transit greatly reduced) and last longer due to reduction in water / salt absorption.

A new, easy-to-use version of Matrix-G, NEO 's dry components (PART A) are "pre-measured" for easy measuring and mixing with PART B - latex liquid. Easy two-to-one by volume mix ratio means no scale is required. NEO can be used to make lightweight pieces that are very strong and water-resistant. NEO is also flame resistant (has passed UL-94 Flame Test and is Flame Rated).
