TCS Account Information

We thank you for your interest in opening an account with The Compleat Sculptor. In order to process your request, please print, fill out & sign the appropriate form in full (available for download below) and fax to (212) 243-2273.
TCS Accounts are only granted if they meet the following requirements:
  • TCS accepts request for accounts ONLY after we receive the appropriate forms filled out in full.
  • No Account Request will be accepted without the signature of the person taking responsibility of the account at the bottom of the form.
  • Accounts are only opened after we received acceptable response from the contacts you provide, including the financial institutions. Please note: Depending on the response time of your contacts, the account may take several weeks to open.
